Grown by small farm holders in the volcanic highlands of Vale da Grama, within São Sebastião da Grama (Serra da Mantiqueira, São Paulo), this coffee reflects the character of one of Brazil’s most distinctive terroirs.
The region lies between two mountain ranges and benefits from warm days and cool nights at elevations above 1,000 meters. This natural temperature variation slows cherry maturation, allowing sugars to develop gradually and supporting greater cup clarity and sweetness.
The soil here originates from volcanic avtivity daing back nearly 80 million years. These mineral-rich, fertile soils contribute structure and vibrancy to the cup, setting this apart within Brazil.
