The region lies between two mountain ranges and benefitsfrom warm days and cool nights at elevations above 1,000 meters. This naturaltemperature variation slows cherry maturation, allowing sugars to developgradually and supporting greater cup clarity and sweetness.
The soil here originates from volcanic activity dating backnearly 80 million years. These mineral-rich, fertile soils contribute structureand vibrancy to the cup, setting this apart within Brazil.
