Rwamatamu Coffee is a family owned and operated enterprise located in the western province of Rwanda (Nyamasheke District).
This family had a vision and in only a couple of years they grew so much en enough to embark on a journey as an export company. They showed an open mind approach consulting professionals from around the globe to improve their quality control techniques.
A prove of their dedication and quality is the amazing result they achieved securing again 1st place for Rwanda (and 3rd place overall) in the washed coffees category at the 2023 African Fine Coffee Association conference.
This Rwanda Rwamatamu washed coffee is something we are really excited about. It shows all the good characteristics of a traditional nice washed Rwandan coffee.
